Air conditioning is the process of treating air of a certain space, aimed at creating the suitable conditions for residence of people and other living beings. In a broader sense, the term can refer to any form of cooling, heating, ventilation or disinfection that modifies the condition of the air treated.
Air conditioning, as a technical branch, includes technical procedures for achieving the desired air parameters and their maintenance in the area throughout the year using thermal tech equipment. Heat pumps (air-water, water-water, earth-water)

The reason is primarily their exceptional efficiency, high technology, reliability, possibility of preparation of sanitary hot water, in addition to heating and cooling mode, as well as a high level of comfort during the exploitation.
Combined with floor heating, fan coil units and a solar system for preparation of sanitary (domestic) hot water, this energy-efficient package is definitely the most efficient and economical solution for providing a high level of comfort in your home or building.
Chillers
Chillers are refrigeration machines that are used for preparation of cold water. Unlike direct cooling systems, where the evaporator of a refrigerating machine also serves as a cooler, which is used for extracting heat from the conditioned space, in this case, we have an indirect cooling, due to the existence of a secondary refrigerant fluid that circulates between a refrigeration machine and the conditioned space (facility/building) in a closed circuit.
Air conditioning chambers (Air handling units – AHU)
Air handling units are intended for central preparation of air and provide all the basic functions related to the preparation of air, such as the following:
- Heating
- Cooling
- Filtration
- Moisturizing
- Drying
- Recuperation
- Circulation
For the purpose of saving energy (significantly reducing the required heating capacity), heat recuperators (heat recovery exchangers) are used and their task is to transfer heat from the exhaust air to the fresh air.
Multi sistem

VRV
Tehnologija promenljivog protoka fluida – VRF (variable refrigerant flow), takođe poznata i kao VRV (variable refrigerant volume), podrazumijeva sistem grijanja, hlađenja i ventilacije koji karakteriše veći broj unutrašnjih jedinica za klimatizaciju, povezanih na jednu spoljašnju jedinicu. U najsavremenijim sistemima, svaka unutrašnja jedinica može raditi u režimu grijanja ili hlađenja, nezavisno od bilo koje druge jedinice u okviru istog sistema. Ovakav pristup klimatizaciji omogućava značajnu uštedu energije u uslovima kada sistem radi simultano u oba moda, tj. kada je u različitim zonama klimatizacije objekta potrebno grijanje i hlađenje. Budući da je naše područje poznato po velikom broju dana sa varirajućom temperaturom, ovakvo rješenje predstavlja vrlo ekonomičan način grijanja i hlađenja.

Uz manju potrošnju električne energije i veću pouzdanost u poređenju sa ostalim uređajima, VRV uređaji sa promjenljivim protokom rashladnog fluida su trenutno prepoznati kao jedni od najefikasnijih KGH uređaja na tržištu kada je u pitanju ušteda električne energije. Pored toga što pružaju znatnu uštedu, VRV sistemi su ujedno i mnogo bolji za okolinu u poređenju sa klasičnim sistemima, imajući u vidu da stvaraju daleko manju emisiju CO₂ gasova. Pored toga, VRV sistemi smanjuju gubitke strujanja vazduha koji se pojavljuje u klasičnim ventilacionim sistemima zbog različitog koncepta prenosa energije.
